## Disgrifiad

FlowMail Campaigns helps site owners create, send, and measure email campaigns directly
from WordPress. It includes subscriber management, forms, queued sending, templates,
email logs, content update emails, scheduled campaigns, list-based automations,
and optional WooCommerce automations when WooCommerce is installed and active.

All features described here are included and functional in this plugin.

**Core features**

 * Email campaigns with templates and placeholders.
 * Subscriber forms and subscriber management.
 * Internal Bot Shield for public forms with no third-party CAPTCHA service.
 * Native block editor blocks for FlowMail forms and subscriber update content.
 * Contact forms and selling enquiry forms.
 * Email queue, sent email history, and email results.
 * Subscriber preferences and unsubscribe handling.
 * Content publishing logs and content update emails.
 * Scheduled one-time and recurring campaigns.
 * Starter campaign sets for weekly emails and UK seasonal dates.
 * Optional WooCommerce automations when WooCommerce is installed and active.
 * WooCommerce product alerts for back-in-stock, price-drop, and product category
   new-arrival subscriptions.
 * Product alert automations management inside Automations, including category subscription
overview and editable alert email templates.
 * Manual Google-style review badge and no-API copy/paste review imports.
 * Health check and setup tools.

### External services

FlowMail Campaigns does not send operational data to FlowPress or to a fixed external
API.

By default, emails are sent through WordPress using `wp_mail()`, which uses the
site’s own mail configuration. If the site administrator enables the optional custom
SMTP setting, outgoing email is sent to the SMTP server entered by that administrator
when an email is sent. Depending on the email being sent, this can include recipient
email addresses, sender details, subject lines, message content, and technical email
headers.

The SMTP server is not supplied by FlowMail Campaigns and is not required for the
plugin to work. Site administrators who enter their own SMTP server details should
review the terms and privacy policy for that chosen mail provider.

The plugin also includes an admin-only WP-Cron loopback diagnostic. When an administrator
runs that diagnostic, the site sends a request to its own `wp-cron.php` URL to confirm
that scheduled tasks can run. No FlowPress service is contacted for this check.

The Reviews screen includes a manual Google-style review badge and a copy/paste
importer for reviews that an administrator chooses to copy from their public Google
review page. This feature does not contact Google, does not scrape Google, and does
not use a Google API key.

## Cwestiynau Cyffredin

### Does this use a third-party email service?

No external email platform is required by default. Emails are sent through your
WordPress mail configuration. If you configure SMTP, email delivery is handled by
the SMTP provider you choose.

### What data is sent to external services?

FlowMail Campaigns does not send operational data to FlowPress. If SMTP is enabled,
email data is sent to the configured SMTP provider when an email is sent. This can
include recipient email addresses, sender details, subject lines, message content,
and email headers.

### Does FlowMail Campaigns connect to FlowPress?

No external FlowPress connection is required for plugin functionality. Links to
FlowPress are provided for documentation, support, and product information only.

## Cofnod Newid

#### 1.2.84

 * Reworked Email Sending Settings into a compact sender, queue, delivery, tracking/
   compliance and health workspace.
 * Added live status cards for sender configuration, queue/cron, delivery route,
   attribution and preferences readiness.
 * Added section shortcuts, queue retry/schedule visibility and direct links to
Waiting, Sent, Health Check and the trigger audit.
 * Moved the delivery test above SMTP credentials and collapsed optional SMTP details
by default without changing saved values.
 * Kept detailed conversion tracking under Advanced Settings while surfacing the
active attribution window on the sending page.

#### 1.2.83

 * Makes the Templates library compact with search and filters for in-use, unused,
   needs-attention, custom and preset templates.
 * Adds a limited-height scrollable template library so the editor remains close
   to the management overview.
 * Lets administrators click a template row to load it directly, removing the duplicate
   selector-and-Load workflow.
 * Refines Essential view to Template, Type, Used by, Safety and Actions; Full view
adds Key, Last edited, Last applied and Campaign usage.
 * Adds compact Templates, In use, Custom and Issues summary counts.
 * Makes automation usage pills open the matching automation directly where possible.

#### 1.2.82

 * Adds a Templates management overview with safety status, preset/custom type,
automation-default usage, recorded campaign lineage, last edited and last applied
   details.
 * Adds structural template checks for empty HTML, unsafe script/javascript content,
malformed placeholders/product blocks, unknown placeholders, invalid links and
   trigger-critical CTAs.
 * Records which template was last applied to a campaign from this version onward,
while clearly treating it as lineage rather than claiming later-edited content
still exactly matches the source template.
 * Shows campaigns and active automation triggers associated with the selected template.
 * Prevents deletion of custom templates that are the default, assigned to automations,
or recorded as the applied base for campaigns.
 * Fixes per-trigger template overrides so an explicit “Set for this automation”
choice correctly overrides the shipped same-key preset.
 * Adds Use in campaign shortcuts and keeps Edit/preview, Save as new, Send test
and live preview together on the Templates screen.

#### 1.2.81

 * Keeps funnel and Activity & recipients drill-downs inside Emails -> Email Results
instead of switching the admin navigation to Campaigns.
 * Makes Campaign Activity tabs and filters preserve the Email Results reporting
route; Edit campaign remains the explicit path into campaign management.
 * Unifies review-request goal counts across Email Results and Campaign Activity,
preserving historical generic review-link clicks while preferring purpose-specific
   review-action tracking for newer sends.
 * Adds a transparent note when a review-action total includes historical generic
click recipients recorded before purpose-specific review classification existed.
 * Aligns recipient-row Review actions labels/counts with the campaign-level funnel
so the drill-down total and the items it shows no longer disagree.

#### 1.2.80

 * Added a complete Sending Trigger Audit to Health Check covering every supported
   event-based automation trigger.
 * Shows trigger source, active campaigns, current candidates, recent sends, waiting/
failed items, last activity, runtime wiring and next cron check where relevant.
 * Added checks for queue processing, scheduled/recurring campaigns, double opt-
in follow-up and WooCommerce product alerts.
 * Core subscriber scans now honour recognised legacy trigger aliases so birthday,
anniversary, welcome follow-up and lead-magnet automations do not silently miss
   sends after older upgrades.

#### 1.2.79

 * Makes Email Results funnel rows actionable: click Sent, Opened, Clicked/Review
action, Product activity, or Orders to open the matching Campaign Activity items.
 * Adds Product activity and Orders drill-down tabs to Campaign Activity, with exact
queue/send recipients where FlowMail has item-level evidence.
 * Keeps aggregate-only site/return funnel stages non-clickable rather than pretending
   an exact recipient list exists.
 * Tightens Sent Emails and Waiting row actions so Campaign Activity opens focused
   on the selected queue item.
 * Changes Sent Emails resend from a direct wp_mail replay to a tracked queue resend
using the stored rendered email while rebuilding all tracking for the new queue
ID, preserving normal FlowMail queue, logging, unsubscribe, and attribution behaviour.
 * Renames the resend action to Queue resend and confirms that a new tracked copy
of the stored email will be added to the queue.
 * Makes failed-item removal safer: Dismiss from Waiting now preserves the failed
queue/send reference for diagnostics and history, while routine retention cleans
   dismissed failures later.

#### 1.2.78

 * Fixes the Sent Emails Actions column being clipped or appearing blank at the
   right edge.
 * Rebalances Essential view widths so Campaign, Recipient, Status, Sent/attempted
and Actions all remain fully visible.
 * Compacts Full view into the available table area at normal desktop widths while
retaining internal horizontal scrolling on narrower screens.
 * Keeps the Actions control readable and usable in both Essential and Full views.

#### 1.2.77

 * Fixes Sent Emails table horizontal-position carry-over when switching between
   Full and Essential views.
 * Resets the Sent Emails table scroller to the left edge whenever the view changes
   or is restored.
 * Contains Full-view horizontal scrolling inside the Sent Emails table so the page
   itself does not drift sideways.
 * Rebalances Essential-view Campaign, Recipient, Status, Sent/attempted and Actions
widths for a cleaner full-width layout.

#### 1.2.76

 * Polished Waiting to Send and Sent Emails filters into compact desktop toolbars
   with responsive stacking.
 * Removed duplicate Essential/Full controls caused by the shared table enhancer
and kept one consistent table-view control per screen.
 * Added a compact Columns menu for optional Full-view fields on Waiting and Sent
   tables.
 * Kept Actions visible in both Essential and Full views and improved recipient/
   campaign table wrapping.

#### 1.2.75

 * Refines Waiting to Send into an operational queue view with Essential and Full
table modes, clearer campaign/automation context, status/send diagnostics, attempts
   and scheduling details.
 * Replaces crowded row buttons with a contextual Actions menu for Send/Retry, Release
to pending, Activity & recipients, campaign/subscriber navigation, and safe removal
   of unsent queue items.
 * Keeps completed delivery history on Sent Emails instead of duplicating sent records
   in the Waiting status picker.
 * Refines Sent Emails with a 7/30/90/180-day or all-time filter, a Sent-by-default
history view, Essential and Full table modes, campaign/automation labels, queue/
log IDs, subject and failure reason.
 * Adds direct Sent Email actions for Campaign Activity, email preview, subscriber
profile, campaign editing and resend, while keeping filters and Reset controls
   consistent with Email Results.

#### 1.2.74

 * Fixed Email Results page-level horizontal overflow so Full view scrolls only
inside the results table control, while Essential view remains page-width.
 * Kept the synchronized Full-view top scrollbar and removed the duplicate browser/
   page scrollbar.
 * Preserved goal-aware review-action tracking and attribution diagnostics.

#### 1.2.73

 * Fixes the conversion attribution window persistence by storing it in a dedicated
WordPress option as well as the main FlowMail settings array.
 * Adds immediate AJAX saving when the 7/30/90-day attribution window is changed,
   with an inline Saved confirmation.
 * Keeps the normal Save Settings path as a fallback and uses a hidden mirror field
so long-form/admin POST interference cannot silently reset the window.
 * Makes attribution reporting read the dedicated persisted value first, so Health
Check, Email Results and Campaign Activity all use the saved window consistently.

#### 1.2.72

 * Adds Health Check tracking diagnostics using canonical send/open/click/product/
review events even when raw tracking debug logging is disabled.
 * Adds a recent direct-conversion verification status and warnings for orphan tracking
events, missing campaign/send links, product conversions without a product-click
event, and attribution outside the configured window.
 * Adds a View recent tracking events screen with campaign, recipient, send ID,
event type and recent attributed order details.
 * Adds Results consistency checking between Email Results and Campaign Activity
for recent campaigns, covering sent/open/click totals and the shared attribution
   service used for orders/revenue.
 * Keeps raw debug logging optional; normal diagnostics no longer require it just
to see whether tracking is working.

#### 1.2.71

 * Makes goal funnels hierarchical for historical attribution: an attributed order
now satisfies earlier product/cart/return stages for Health and drop-off decisions
without inventing missing Product click or Site activity counts.
 * Replaces misleading product/return drop-off warnings when a conversion already
exists with a clear note that the conversion was reached while intermediate tracking
   was not recorded.
 * Keeps raw Product clicks and Site activity metrics unchanged, so historical reports
remain factual while the campaign interpretation reflects the stronger order
   evidence.

#### 1.2.70

 * Fixed the Advanced > Tracking conversion attribution window so 30-day and 90-
day selections persist reliably instead of falling back to 7 days when the settings
tab state is not posted as expected.
 * Added defensive save handling so the attribution window is saved whenever the
field is present in a valid settings submission.

#### 1.2.69

 * Adds exact send-level WooCommerce conversion attribution from tracked email clicks,
including campaign, recipient and queue/send IDs on the order.
 * Adds signed first-party attribution cookies, primary last-click attribution plus
retained first-touch metadata, and support for both classic checkout and WooCommerce
   Blocks / Store API checkout.
 * Classifies intentional email clicks as product, review, cart/checkout or general
links while keeping the standard click event for normal reporting; system links
such as View in browser, preferences and unsubscribe no longer claim marketing
   clicks.
 * Adds a configurable 7/30/90-day conversion attribution window under Settings
Advanced Tracking and uses it consistently across Email Results, Campaign Activity,
   revenue dashboards and automations.
 * Makes fallback attribution conservative and order-relative: clicks are preferred
over opens/views, irrelevant event types cannot claim orders, and each order
   is counted only once.
 * Campaign Activity now attaches directly attributed orders to the exact queue/
send where available and shows richer click/action events in recipient timelines.
 * Adds a Health Check item confirming WooCommerce attribution wiring for classic
   and Blocks checkout.

#### 1.2.68

 * Expands Campaign Activity into a purpose-aware campaign drill-down with campaign
goal, Health score, Decision guidance and the same outcome logic used by Email
   Results.
 * Adds Sent and Trigger activity tabs, recipient search/status filters, an adjustable
7/30/90/180-day outcome window, and relevant product-click, site-activity, order
   and revenue cards.
 * Makes recipient names expandable and adds an inline activity timeline for queue
creation, scheduling, sends, opens, clicks, failures and attributed WooCommerce
   orders where available.
 * Brings automation matching recipients and recent trigger/delivery history onto
the Campaign Activity screen while keeping it read-only.

#### 1.2.67

 * Removes the redundant Focus this result action from Email Results because campaign
activity now has a dedicated drill-down screen.
 * Keeps the Results & activity menu focused on useful destinations: Activity &
recipients, View sent emails, and automation Trigger insight & matches.
 * Prevents the previous empty Email Results state caused by trying to focus a campaign
using its numeric ID in the campaign-name search field.

#### 1.2.66

 * Separates Email Results Activity & recipients from the six-stage campaign editor
by adding a dedicated read-only Campaign Activity screen.
 * Adds campaign-level delivery/engagement summary cards, recipient activity filters,
and direct links to Email Results, sent emails, waiting/queued emails, trigger
   insight and Edit campaign.
 * Keeps campaign editing available only from explicit Edit campaign actions, so
reviewing recipients no longer drops users into Stage 1 of the builder.

#### 1.2.65

 * Expands Email Results row Actions into a context-aware results and campaign menu
with recipient activity, sent emails, preview, edit, duplicate and enable/disable
   controls.
 * Adds automation-only Trigger insight & matches navigation so matching recipients
and recent trigger activity can be opened directly from Email Results.
 * Keeps enable/disable actions on the Email Results screen after the change and
adds a confirmation step before changing an automation or schedule state.
 * Keeps destructive Delete actions out of Email Results so the reporting screen
   remains safe for day-to-day review.

#### 1.2.64

 * Makes the Email Results analytics cards actionable so Needs decision, product
clicks, attributed orders/revenue and the insight cards can filter or jump to
   the relevant campaign rows.
 * Adds an active Insight filter banner with a one-click Clear insight filter control
while preserving the normal status, date and campaign-name filters.
 * Renames Biggest review point to Main attention point and scopes product-click/
order/revenue headline totals to the campaigns in the current table filters.
 * Keeps the existing Essential and Full table layouts unchanged.

#### 1.2.63

 * Refines the Email Results Essential view so Decision and Actions stay in the
normal five-column table flow instead of using sticky offsets.
 * Balances Campaign, Health, Funnel, Decision and Actions widths so headings and
row content line up cleanly across the table.
 * Removes the excess white gap and sticky edge shadows from Essential view while
   keeping Full view unchanged.

#### 1.2.62

 * Improves the Email Results Full view horizontal scrolling so the control is available
directly above the table instead of only at the bottom of a long results list.
 * Keeps the wide Full view contained inside the Email Results table card so it
does not create an unwanted page-level horizontal scrollbar.
 * Synchronises the top horizontal scroller with the analytics table while leaving
   Essential view unchanged.

#### 1.2.61

 * Makes Email Results purpose-aware so review requests, cart recovery, welcome,
product, lifecycle, win-back and general emails are judged against the right
   goal.
 * Review requests now use review-action engagement instead of product browsing
or new orders in their funnel and health score.
 * Adds Keep, Watch, Improve and Investigate decision guidance while preserving
Not judged for campaigns with no completed sends.
 * Keeps the Decision column visible beside Actions in both Essential and Full views
and locks those decision/action columns from being hidden.
 * Compacts the desktop Table Filters row and adds an always-available Reset control
with responsive stacking on smaller screens.

#### 1.2.59

 * Refines the Email Results action menu so it opens cleanly without clipping or
   crowding the sticky table edge.
 * Improves Essential/Full analytics table spacing and keeps the full metrics available
   only in Full view.
 * Keeps the right-hand Actions column compact while preserving Edit, Recipients,
Sent emails and Filter results links.

#### 1.2.57

 * Cleaner Email Results decision table: Essential view now focuses on Campaign,
   Health, Funnel, Decision and Actions.
 * Moved detailed metrics into Full view, made only Actions sticky, and changed
row buttons into a compact Actions menu.
 * Improved Email Results with health scores, funnel drop-off visibility, date range
   filtering, and sticky decision/action columns.

#### 1.2.53

 * Adds Health Check automation firing visibility using the same matching-recipient
   data shown in Campaigns.
 * Surfaces active automations with matching recipients but no recent queue/sent
   history.
 * Adds clearer Health Check guidance and action links when a trigger appears not
   to be firing.

#### 1.2.51

 * Adds matching-recipient insight and manual queue tools for event-based automations.

#### 1.2.50

 * Makes Waiting to Send default to unsent queue items and keeps sent emails out
   of the default waiting view.

#### 1.2.49

 * Adds product-level review request actions to the subscriber purchase history
   table.
 * Logs the last review request per subscriber/product and suppresses repeat prompts
   for 14 days.
 * Adds product placeholders for manually queued review request emails, including
product name, product URL, and review URL.
 * Adds customer-facing Leave a review links beside unreviewed purchased products
   on the preferences page.

#### 1.2.46

 * Keeps campaign recipient history available from the editor action button, but
only displays the detailed panel when opened.
 * Prevents the recipient history panel from appearing underneath every builder
   step by default.
