When you activated the plugin no one can see the admin bar.

This plugin has just a few lines of code and no settings so you can change as per your need.

Upload the hide-admin-topbar directory to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory of your site.
Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.
Change the plugin code as needed. There are no settings.
