Recent Top Most Comment Parents is a simple wordpress plugin for listing only top most parent comments.

Download and extract the file in your wordpress plugins folder
Go to wordpress admin dashboard plugin page and activate
After enabled the plugin use tmcp_get_comments($post_id, 3) to get only parent comments, tmcp_get_comments($post_id, 3) it will return comments in array format
