 3. Upload to wp-content/plugins/
 4. Login to plugin page and activate it
 5. If you want to change the default settings, go to settings page,and choose menu
    Welcome Visitor.

 * 0.91 2008/7/28 0.9version will cause an error in Dashboard->incoming links area.
   It was fixed in 0.91
 * 0.92 2008/7/30 fix some bugs
 * 0.93 2008/7/31 fix a serious bug, add a small feed img
 * 1.00 2008/8/1 now you can custome your own welcome words. 🙂
