NetRa\u010duni<\/a> je online fiskalna kasa za online biznise. \nOvaj plugin omogu\u0107ava izdavanje fiskalnih ra\u010duna sa klikom na dugme iz WooCommerce prodavnice.<\/p>\n\n

Pode\u0161avanje<\/h4>\n\n

Nakon registracije u sistemu NetRa\u010duni, napravite API token prema uputsvu<\/a>.\nOtvorite pode\u0161avanja WooCommerce\/Settings\/NetRa\u010duni i upi\u0161ite (kopirajte) API key u polje API token. \nIzaberite okru\u017eenje, da li \u017eelite koristiti test server ili live server.\nNakon uspe\u0161nog snimanja tokena (klik na dugme Save changes), u sekciji status pojavi se zelena ta\u010dkica, \u0161to zna\u010di da je \nva\u0161a prodavnica uspe\u0161no povezana sa NetRa\u010duni serverom.<\/p>\n\n

Poreske stope<\/h4>\n\n

Nakon uspe\u0161nog povezivanja sa NetRa\u010duni serverom, pojave se opcije za pode\u0161avanje poreskih stopa.<\/p>\n\n

Pode\u0161avanje podrazumevane poreske stope \nOva poreska stopa \u0107e se koristiti za proizvode, koji nemaju pode\u0161enu poresku stopu. \nAko svi va\u0161i proizvodi koriste istu poresku stopu, dovoljno je podesiti samo podrazumevanu poresku stopu.<\/p>\n\n

Poreske stope po proizvodima kada je isklju\u010den ugra\u0111eni tax modul\nAko va\u0161i proizvodi imaju razli\u010dite poreske stope, to mo\u017eete podesiti u detaljima proizvoda, na tabu NetRa\u010duni. Po specifikaciji\nPoreske Uprave Srbije, mogu\u0107e je dodati vi\u0161e poreskih stopa za jedan proizvod.\nKada je ulju\u010den ugra\u0111eni Tax modul WooCommerce-a, NetRa\u010duni tab se ne pojavljuje u detaljima proizvoda.<\/p>\n\n

Kori\u0161\u0107enje ugra\u0111enog WooCommerce tax modula\nKad je uklju\u010den ugra\u0111eni WooCommerce \"Tax\" modul, sve poreske stope treba povezati sa poreskim stopama poreske uprave.\nZa svaki tax rate izaberite odgovaraju\u0107u poresku stopu poreske uprave. Vodite ra\u010duna da procenat poreske stope iz WooCommerce\ntax modula bude jednako sa poreskim stopom iz poreske uprave, u protivnom kalkulacija poreza \u0107e biti razli\u010dita u prodavnici\ni na fiskalnom ra\u010dunu!<\/p>\n\n

Kada je uklju\u010den automatsko izdavanje ra\u010duna,\nna ra\u010dunu \u0107e se koristiti odgovaraju\u0107i na\u010din pla\u0107anja koju je kupac izabrao tokom kupovine. Kada se koristi manuelno izdavanje\nra\u010duna, odgovaraju\u0107i na\u010din pla\u0107anja \u0107e biti unapred selektovan kod kreiranja ra\u010duna.<\/p>\n\n

Isporuka<\/h4>\n\n

Ako \u017eelite dodati cenu isporuke na fiskalni ra\u010dun, uklju\u010dite opciju \"Dodati cenu isporuke na fiskalni ra\u010dun\".\nAko kuirska slu\u017eba napla\u0107uje dostavu, i izdaje poseban fiskalni ra\u010dun, isklju\u010dite opciju \"Dodati cenu isporuke na fiskalni ra\u010dun\".<\/p>\n\n

Kreiranje fiskalnih ra\u010duna manuelno<\/h4>\n\n

Nakon \u0161to ste zavr\u0161ili korake pode\u0161avanja, NetRa\u010duni plugin je spreman za izdavanje fiskalnih ra\u010duna.\nU detaljima narud\u017ebe pojavi se dugme NetRa\u010duni. Klikom na dugme pojavljuje se sekcija za kreiranje fiskalnih ra\u010duna.\nOvde mo\u017eete podesiti na\u010din pla\u0107anja, i identifikaciju kupca. Identifikacija kupca nije neophodan, i uglavnom se koristi \nkada \u017eelite izdavati gotovinski ra\u010dun, tada izaberite PIB i upi\u0161ite PIB kupca u polje ispod.\nVi\u0161e informacije o identifikaciji kupca prona\u0111ite u documentaciji poreske uprave<\/a>.\nKlikom na dugme \"Kreiraj ra\u010dun\" podaci narud\u017ebe se \u0161alju u sistem NetRa\u010duni i kreira se fiskalni ra\u010dun.\nNakon uspe\u0161nog kreiranja ra\u010duna pojavi se link za sa\u010duvanje ra\u010duna.<\/p>\n\n

Automatsko izdavanje fiskalnog ra\u010duna<\/h4>\n\n

Uklju\u010divanjem automatskog izdavanja fiskalnog ra\u010duna, NetRa\u010duni plugin automatsko kreira fiskalni ra\u010dun, kada narud\u017eba stigne u\nstatus koju ste izabrali. Napomena: fiskalni ra\u010dun se kreira automatski samo jednom. Ako ve\u0107 postoji fiskalni ra\u010dun za narud\u017ebu, tada \nne\u0107e kreirati nov fiskalni ra\u010dun, iako narud\u017eba stigne u isti status vi\u0161e puta. \nKada koristite automatsko izdavanje ra\u010duna, vodite ra\u010duna da status koju podesite odgovara e-mail-u koju izaberete za fiskalni ra\u010dun.\nNa primer \u017eelite izdavanje ra\u010duna na order completed: izaberite kreiranja ra\u010duna na \"Completed\", a e-mail isto \"Order completed\".\nBitno je da e-mail koju izaberete mora da se \u0161alje posle kreiranja ra\u010duna, u suprotnom e-mail se \u0161alje bez ra\u010duna u prilogu.\nAko zbog nekog razloga \u017eelite ru\u010dno napraviti ra\u010dun za neku narud\u017ebu (na primer \u017eelite dodati PIB kupca), to mo\u017eete uraditi \nu sekciji NetRa\u010duni. Vodite ra\u010duna da ovaj korak morate raditi pre nego \u0161to narud\u017eba stigne u fazu koju ste izabrali za automatsko \nizdavanje ra\u010duna. Ako ste manuelno napravili ra\u010dun za narud\u017ebu, ne\u0107e se kreirati novi fiskalni ra\u010dun. Manuelno kreiran ra\u010dun \u0107e se slati\nkao prilog uz e-mail koju ste izabrali.<\/p>\n\n

Slanje fiskalnog ra\u010duna kupcu<\/h4>\n\n

Fiskalni ra\u010dun se \u0161alje kupcu kao prilog uz e-mail koju izaberete (na primer completed order email).\nU slu\u010daju da je ovaj e-mail isklju\u010deno u WooCommerce pode\u0161avanjima (WooCommerce\/Settings\/Email), ili ste kreirali fiskalni ra\u010dun nakon \nslanja ovog e-maila, fiskalni ra\u010dun snimajte iz sekcije NetRa\u010duni i po\u0161aljite kupcu ru\u010dno e-mailom ili drugim elektronskim putem (viber, whatsapp, messenger, itd)<\/p>\n\n

VA\u017dNO: MailPoet plugin ne podr\u017eava e-mail priloge. Ako taj plugin koristite za e-mail fiskalni ra\u010dun se ne \u0161alje kao prilog.<\/p>\n\n

Predra\u010dun, refundacija i ostale funkcije<\/h4>\n\n

Ovaj plugin podr\u017eava samo izdavanje fiskalnog ra\u010duna \"Promet prodaja\". Ako \u017eelite izdavati predra\u010dun, ili refundirati ra\u010dun\nto mo\u017eete uraditi na korisni\u010dkom insterfejsu NetRa\u010duni-a.<\/p>\n\n

NetRa\u010duni<\/a> is an online fiscal cash register for online businesses.\nThis plugin allows you to issue fiscal invoices with a single click directly from your WooCommerce store.<\/p>\n\n

Settings<\/h4>\n\n

After registering with the NetRa\u010duni system, create an API token following the instructions<\/a>.\nOpen the WooCommerce settings (WooCommerce > Settings > NetRa\u010duni) and paste the API key into the \"API token\" field.\nChoose the environment you want to use: either the test server or the live server.\nAfter successfully saving the token (click on the \"Save changes\" button), a green dot will appear in the status section, indicating that your store has been successfully connected to the NetRa\u010duni server.<\/p>\n\n

Tax Rates<\/h4>\n\n

After successfully connecting to the NetRa\u010duni server, options for setting tax rates will appear.<\/p>\n\n

Setting the default tax rate\nThis tax rate will be used for products that do not have a specific tax rate set.\nIf all your products use the same tax rate, it is enough to set only the default tax rate.<\/p>\n\n

Product-specific tax rates when the built-in tax module is disabled\nIf your products have different tax rates, you can configure this in the product details, under the NetRa\u010duni tab. According to the\nspecifications of the Serbian Tax Administration, it is possible to add multiple tax rates for a single product.\nWhen the built-in WooCommerce tax module is enabled, the NetRa\u010duni tab will not appear in the product details.<\/p>\n\n

Using the built-in WooCommerce tax module\nWhen the built-in WooCommerce \"Tax\" module is enabled, all tax rates must be mapped to the tax rates of the tax administration.\nFor each WooCommerce tax rate, select the corresponding tax rate from the tax administration.\nMake sure that the percentage of the WooCommerce tax rate matches the tax administration\u2019s rate,\notherwise the tax calculation will differ between the store and the fiscal receipt!<\/p>\n\n

Payment Methods<\/h4>\n\n

Setting the default payment method\nThis payment method will be used on the invoice when the built-in \"Payment methods\" are disabled and\nautomatic invoice generation is enabled in NetRa\u010duni settings. When using manual invoice creation,\nthis payment method will be preselected when generating an invoice.<\/p>\n\n

Using the built-in payment method\nWhen the built-in WooCommerce \"Payment methods\" module is enabled, all payment methods must be mapped\nto the payment methods of the tax administration.\nFor each WooCommerce payment method, select the corresponding payment method from the tax administration.\nWhen automatic invoice generation is enabled, the selected payment method by the customer during checkout will\nbe used on the invoice. When using manual invoice creation, the corresponding payment method will be preselected\nduring invoice generation.<\/p>\n\n

Shipping<\/h4>\n\n

If you want to add the delivery charge to the fiscal receipt, enable the option \"Dodati cenu isporuke na fiskalni ra\u010dun\".\nIf the courier service charges for delivery and issues a separate fiscal receipt, disable the option \"Dodati cenu isporuke na fiskalni ra\u010dun\".<\/p>\n\n

Manually Creating Fiscal Invoices<\/h4>\n\n

After completing the setup steps, the NetRa\u010duni plugin is ready for issuing fiscal invoices.\nIn the order details, the NetRa\u010duni button will appear. Clicking the button opens a section for creating fiscal invoices.\nHere you can set the payment method and customer identification. Customer identification is not required, and\nis mostly used when you want to issue a cash invoice \u2014 in that case, select PIB and enter the customer\u2019s PIB (tax ID)\nin the field below.\nFor more information about customer identification, refer to the Tax Administration documentation: https:\/\/purs.gov.rs\/eFiskalizacija\/korisnicka_uputstva\/8069\/sifarnik-jedinstvenog-identifikacionog-broja-kupca.html\nBy clicking the \"Create Invoice\" button, the order data is sent to the NetRa\u010duni system and a fiscal invoice is created.\nAfter successfully creating the invoice, a link to download the invoice will appear.<\/p>\n\n

Automatic Fiscal Invoice Generation<\/h4>\n\n

By enabling automatic fiscal invoice generation, the NetRa\u010duni plugin will automatically create a fiscal invoice\nwhen the order reaches the selected status.\nNote: The fiscal invoice is created automatically only once. If a fiscal invoice already exists for an order,\na new one will not be created \u2014 even if the order reaches the same status again.<\/p>\n\n

When using automatic invoice creation, make sure the selected status corresponds to the email you selected\nfor sending the fiscal invoice.\nFor example, if you want to issue invoices when the order is marked as \"Completed\":\nselect invoice creation on \"Completed\", and also choose the email \"Order completed\".\nIt is important that the selected email is sent after the invoice is created \u2014\notherwise, the email will be sent without the invoice attached.<\/p>\n\n

If, for any reason, you want to manually create an invoice for an order (e.g., you want to add the customer's PIB),\nyou can do this in the NetRa\u010duni section.\nBe aware that this must be done before the order reaches the status selected for automatic invoice creation.\nIf you manually create an invoice, a new fiscal invoice will not be generated automatically.\nThe manually created invoice will be sent as an attachment with the selected email.<\/p>\n\n

Sending the Fiscal Invoice to the Customer<\/h4>\n\n

The fiscal invoice is sent to the customer as an attachment to the email you select\n(for example, the completed order email).<\/p>\n\n

If this email is disabled in WooCommerce settings (WooCommerce \u2192 Settings \u2192 Emails),\nor if the fiscal invoice is created after this email has already been sent,\nyou should download the invoice from the NetRa\u010duni section and send it to the customer manually via\nemail or another electronic method (Viber, WhatsApp, Messenger, etc).<\/p>\n\n

Proforma Invoice, Refunds, and Other Features<\/h4>\n\n

This plugin only supports issuing fiscal invoices for \"Sales Transactions.\" If you wish to issue a proforma invoice or process a refund, you can do so through the NetRa\u010duni user interface.<\/p>\n\n\n1.2.3\n\n
