How do I initialize my chatbot?

- Install the plugin on your WordPress website.
- Log into your RubikChat account and retrieve your Chatbot ID from the chatbot settings tab.
- In your WordPress dashboard, navigate to the “RubikChat” below the “Settings” menu.
- Paste the copied Chatbot ID into the designated field.
- Click “Save Changes” to complete the setup.

A few weeks ago, I set up my first AI agent with RubikChat on WordPress, and it’s been a real game-changer. I now have a support bot and a lead-generation bot, and both handle tasks perfectly. The AI agent is intuitive, easy to adjust, and the analytics help me track conversations and fix gaps. Creating multiple agents for different purposes was straightforward, even though I’m not very tech-savvy. It’s user-friendly, efficient, and has saved me a lot of time. Definitely recommend it!
