• Rename freely — the slug your rules key on stays stable
• Delete safely — members are migrated to a role you choose first; nobody is ever left role-less
• See who holds each role — expandable member panels with direct profile links
• Bulk assigner — search customers by name or email, tick any number, assign a tier in one action. Your own account and anyone who can edit content never even appear in the results, by design

External services

This plugin sends one optional request to an external service, and nothing else.

Deactivation feedback (optional, opt-in). When you deactivate the plugin, a feedback form appears. If you press “Submit & Deactivate”, your chosen reason, any details you typed, and the plugin version are sent to Volant Software’s feedback endpoint at volantsoftware.com. Your email address and your site URL are included only if you tick the consent box. Pressing “Skip & Deactivate” (or closing the form) sends nothing. The form itself can be disabled with the volant_b2b_manager_deactivation_feedback_enabled filter.
